About Us

Fresh Water Industries was established in June of 1990 by John Mills.  John  has worked in the water industry since 1977.  John's past experience includes  parts and service management, technical service manager, director of sales and marketing for Ecowater Canada Ltd. as well as being director of the Canadian Water Quality Association where he lead its education/training committee.   He was also a  member of the advisory board for Water Technology Magazine.

With this extensive background Fresh Water Industries Inc. was formed to provide both retail and wholesale water products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. 

In 1991,  Fresh Water Industries Inc. expanded into the bottled water business and in  4 short years has grown to include its own production, specializing in reverse osmosis and steam distilled water. 

Since 1991,  we have been located at 200 Mulock Drive in a 4500 square  foot facility that houses our retail outlet, parts department, and warehouse.  We continue to focus on our  mission statement, "Our goal is to provide our customers with the friendliest and most accurate response to enquiries regarding sales, service and deliveries, while striving to fulfill our motto, SAME DAY OLD FASHION SERVICE.  We remain committed to our local community by supporting various groups and events".
